Orders cannot be placed for out of stock products unless it states clearly it is a “Pre-order” or an “Order on request” product. These will be clearly displayed on the product page. Products are not reserved until your order has been confirmed.

Regrettably, once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel or change it. If you still wish to cancel your order, please return your order once it is received, in accordance with our Returns policy.

While we prefer all orders to be made online (it’s much faster and easier for you), you can give us a call if you’re having problems placing an order online, or if you’d like to place a large order (orders over £500), or if you need some help or guidance. Our telephone lines are open from 9:00am and 6:00pm BST on Mondays to Fridays excluding bank holidays.

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal. The payment will be debited once your order is confirmed.
Larger orders placed by telephone can be paid for by bank transfer, but please be aware that your purchase will only be dispatched when the funds have cleared.


Our hampers are available in a range of presentation styles depending on contents and weight.

Small and medium-sized hampers are available in standard or wicker basket presentation. Wine hampers are available in standard or wooden crate presentation. The larger and heavier hampers are only available in wicker basket presentation due to the weight of the contents.

You’ll have the option to choose from the presentation styles available for each hamper of the individual product page.

The standard presentation includes a sturdy eco-friendly Kraft cardboard box or a classic cardboard wine box, our lovely wicker baskets are made from sustainably sourced willow, and our upcycled crates are made from recycled wood by a local community enterprise.

The contents of your hamper will be protected with shredded fill and wrapped around with high-quality tissue paper, sealed with a branded label and accompanied by a thank you postcard which can be personalised with your message.

Please, don’t forget to add your message in the box in the shopping basket.

All hampers are transported in a protective outer cardboard box that is clearly marked fragile.

No, we do not offer a click & collect service. To find out more about the delivery options available to you, please visit the Delivery information page.

Yes. You will be able to track your delivery with our couriers once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has left our warehouse, and this will include your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Yes, orders can be delivered to an alternative address in the UK. You’ll need to enter the delivery address when prompted in the checkout process. If you’re paying with PayPal, you’ll need to register the delivery address to your PayPal account as part of their own security restrictions.
