These Peter's Yard Seeded Wholegrain Sourdough Crispbread are inspired by a love of Sweden, the home of crispbread.
Made using simple, natural ingredients including organic fresh milk, organic flour and a precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until golden and crisp, they are the natural choice for a mild hard cheese like Single Gloucester.
The Peter's Yard Seeded Wholegrain Sourdough Crispbread comes in a box with about 30 small-sized crispbreads (approximately 51mm X 51mm).
